Is there a way to allow php to use fopen/fwrite on my domain ?
I have a php file that need to open a .txt file in the same dir and then write to it, is it possible in some way ?

You can change permissions for files that must be accessible for write. You'll need ssh access for that.

You need ssh in order to chmod files?
If so, my host lied about not having ssh.
Sorry if that is off topic.

We have SSH access =)
Should we enable it for your account?

you can also do it through FTP (and if I'm not mistaken through the file manager in cpanel, I don't use that though so don't quote me on that one lol)
