My account was apparently set up to auto-bill my credit card, but I've since changed cards...now the email I get rightly says it cannot bill my card the one year's worth of charges. What I want to do is change my billing mode, that is...switch to the 6 mth or montly plan instead of the 1 year charge. How can I do this (and in the process update my valid card information)?

Please open a trouble ticket and provide us with credit card and card holder name and we'll tell you how you can change your billing info
