I know you guys don't provide support for the shopping carts but maybe you could tell me why it doesn't install properly and make a new database for itself it only makes a user?? I am not a mysql expert, any info might help!

okay so I tried to install a different program(invisionboard) it had an error "can't find database"

alright but this is what my mtsql said for the error
There was an error setting uids. Please have the admin check permissions on: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/mysqlwrap / unlimited
