I've had a secure shell for sometime now. Every so often, it disappears. This is very annoying.
Is there some reason why you can not manage to keep this straight? See past messages in
this forum. I'll guess you'll have to go to some archives. Anyhow, please keep this straight.

It is a CPanel bug. It upgrades every night and shells are disabling.
We're working at this problem.

OK, fine. And I understand that you must upgrade cpanel from time to time.
Please let me know when shell is available,
Also, please note that I did not have jail-shell, but full normal
shell. Is removal of full shell also caused by the cpanel
bug?

Worked, thanks!
I know about the cpanel problem. But, you should be able to generate a list
of customers with ssh and check to see if they lose it. If so, then re-add
them.
I wouldn't be making a big deal out of this except that this is the third time
I've lost ssh.
