I would like to know if I will get a refund if I cancel my account.I have prepaid for 1 year,but you are unable to deliver the services that I require.

There are services avaiable with other hosting companies that I require for my business that are not avaiable with Hostony.Although I am pleased with your support I'm sorry that I have to cancel. Will I get a refund?

Please send a request with your order number and cardholder's name to billing@hostony.com
You will get a refung for unused term.
