When trying to connectto Postgresql database via ODBC I get the following error
*Test connection failed because of provider initialisation error
Could not connect to server
Could not connect to remote socket*
I have given you a C class network from which to allow connections.

Sorry but connections to Postgre allowed only from localhost.
Remote access is granted for MySQL only.

I just transferred all my domains to a new server so that I could use Postgresql with an external connection from a C class network.

We've granted access to server 67.15.36.4 from your network.
If you get error messages may be that port 54** is blocked by your ISP.
Try to use another ISP. Just provide me with new IP.

I can use phpPGAdmin .Does that mean that 54** is not blocked by my isp?
