Is there an option so that I can use PHP and ASP scripts without limitation (except for the disk usage) in the same account without having a dedicated server?

If you wanna use ASP (Active Server Pages) and PHP in same account you need to use
dedicated windows hosting.

Windows plans state: (EDITED) PHP (END EDITED)

That was why I use PHP scripts on my Windows plan. Of course I understand it overloads the server and then I wonder if this would be an option...

Linux Reseller plans state: Apache ASP

Does it mean that I can use ASP with Access databases in a Linux Reseller plan? Will CDOSYS component also work?
