I bought a new VPS package this week. It still is not active. I can't get help from support. I usually can only get one question answered at a time, about one per day. I need my site up and running. If I need to set up my own site again that is faster than waiting for it to be transfered; however, I can't get into WHM to do it myself. I'm not talking about downtime, I'm talking about an inability to get replies and get my site active again.
