Is there a way to limit access to a specific portion or portions of the cPanel based on username/password?

For example, say I have some who needs to be able to have access to the email section but I don't want them to have access to anything else. Can I create a username/password that limits them to that section?

Support tells me that this can be done with reseller packages using WHM. Does anyone with a relleser plan do something like this?

Sorry, there is no such way. Cpanel is the same for all accounts.
You can try to create a limited Skin... may that will do

What is a limited skin? Even if this skin would work could you even have two login's to a cPanel, one with full access, the other with limited?

No, there is only one login on one account(it's cpanel).
