Postgresql is installed on some our linux server and it is free but we don't have it on windows server and aren't planning to install it on NT platform

No problem, just curious at this stage.
What does it take before you would consider installing it. I mean do you have a process for canvassing support for a feature to be installed on the windows paltform?

Now, PostgreSQL isn't supported by Helm and we'll consider to install it when Helm control panel will include this option
