i'm having a problem getting to my site today i keepgetting ''connection refused'' this happend for a few hours one day last week as well. is there a scheduled maint that i need to plan around or are things just down?

no it tends to clear up if i ignore it for a few hours, its just irritating cause i was working on some updates. which i why i thought it might be scheduled or something
