I noticed that SSL was listed as "available" under my hosting plan. How do I enable it? For example, do you have a generic ssl cert that can be used? Some hosts have them like this:

https://server99.awesomehosting.com/~mysite/somepage.htm

Do you offer something like that, or must SSL certs be purchased for each domain?
