Add a Frequently asked question page so that people don't have to keep asking the same questions over and over. It'd be much more convienent. Also have links available and easy to find for domain registration and additional features. Having to go to sales@hostony.com and such to buy new features gets really confusing because you get almost a different person everytime and have to explain to each person what you want added.
