Is it possible to run a forum for a addon domain seperate from the main domain?

Meaning.. I have a forum on TSFBA.com. If i make another domain and want a seperate php forum with a different dB, can it be done without interfering with the "main tsfba" forum?

You could not do it from Cpanel.

But you can do it manualy by this way:
1. You create mysql database for new board from your Cpanel.
2. You download board distribution and unpack it.
3. Read INTSTALL or README of the board ( most of the boards have this files in distribution ).
4. You upload it to your site in to the proper directory ( most of the boards have this feature).
5. Launch web installer.
6. Deploy and test.
