Please confirm that I have received a full refund for the account fantasia that I had cancelled within the 30 days.
Sorry, but I was hoping to work with Hostony. I have received no response from my first email sent on March 14 or my second email on March 17th. I was hoping Hostony would accept my win-win proposal, but now, almost 10 days since my last email and no response I no longer wish to work with Hostony.
Sorry, please refund me my money in full.

Hi,
I totaly agree with Vany, It must have been lost.
Although I had many problems with them in the begining, they still remain the best helpdesk I dealed with.
They always responded to my emails within a max of 1 hour, mostly they will reply within 10-15 minutes, not only for sake of reply, they solve the problem.
