How can you tell which server you are on?
jamesh64
one way is to go to http://www.dnsreport.com/ enter in your domain in and the report will give you your parent servers.

You can always ask it in TT indeed. Or via e-mail...
We'll response as always =)

well I checked my email and my headers indicate server17 (server17.fastbighost.com).

However when I used the site http://www.dnsreport.com/ , I noticed two things that concerned me.

(1) ERROR: None of your mail server(s) seem to have reverse DNS (PTR) entries (I didn't get any responses for them). RFC1912 2.1 says you should have a reverse DNS for all your mail servers. It is strongly urged that you have them, as many mailservers will not accept mail from mailservers with no reverse DNS entry.

(2) ERROR: You have one or more lame nameservers. These are nameservers that do NOT answer authoritatively for your domain. This is bad; for example, these nameservers may never get updated. The following nameservers are lame:
209.152.170.32

I certainly want my email to get through, as this is what I am primarily using the domain for (email) and I am not sure I like being "lame" in any capacity. Should I put in a TT on these or are they known issues?

Sure, open a TT.
