I am having problems receiving big email attachments. I have even tried to send one from me to another in my domain. It does not come back but the other person does not get it either.
Is there something I need to set in the admin screen to allow this?

Please open ticket on this.
We'll check if it's a server problem.

You may need to change your quota for your your mailbox. If it's too small, it'll get rejected. To do this:
1) Go into your Control Panel
2) Click on the MAIL icon
3) Click on "Add/Remove Accounts"
4) Click on "Change Quota" for the mailbox you want to change
5) Change the number of MB you wish to set aside for your quota
6) Click "Change"
Now you should be able to get attachments that are big. Bear in mind that if you get a really big attachment that is near the cap of your quota, the server will reject other emails that have attachments if it exceeds the quota. So if you have lots of email traffic with lots of attachments, set your quota to meet your needs.
