Gentlemen,
My site has been up and down today. I have complaints from customers and lost transactions because of data errors. I sent in a trouble ticket and almost 3 hours later the response was:
Your site is up and working.
Problems may be in your ISP dns caching, that point to old server.
When dns are flush your will see that all work greatly.
Best regards.

Well that's all nice and good, but the DNS has been changed for a month.
I don't expect anything great here guys, but if there is a problem reported at least look into it. It is an occasional problem and was worst at between 9 AM and 1 PM EST.
Oh yea, of course, it's on server 18 again.
Thank you,
phobos

This mean that your computer work with incorrect DNS data records that not fresh and it point your to old server. This problem appear when your site move from one server to other.
It can be solved by waiting some time to dns information flush.
If your using Windows 2000/2003/XP your can run:
ipconfig /flushdns
to flush local dns records, but problems may still exist because ISP nameservers always
cache dns querys of their client to speed up browsing.
We have own dns server and because that we see your site up.
