One of my client's websites is not up at all! I can't even get to the control panel, but I can log in via FTP - what's up? www.sonsofnorwaymankato.org
I'm guessing this has to do with server 18??
Also - several of the client's websites that I have added all have the same IP address - is this OK?
Finally - Awstats is not working on one my sites - why not? www.sonsofnorwaymankato.org. It says never updated and I hit update and it gives me an error message. I would submit a trouble ticket but I'm not even sure how to do that!
Help!!

Just made one discovery - learned how to open a trouble ticket so I did that and put a priority 1 on it.
But still several unanswered questions.

They just closed out my ticket that has been in for almost 3 hours.

We will move your account to new server ASAP.
It is normal that your site working on same IP.
AwStats will be fixed.
