I was told that I was on server 18 and have quietly endured the problems you have been having. (My site is a hobby only and does not affect me if it is down). Now that it seems that my site has been moved to the new server, CPanel shows my disk usage as .18MB. I know that I have used more
so I was wondering how often the quotas were updated?
Also, since I am on server 18, do I qualify for the free account upgrade that was mentioned as compensation for the downtime?
