how do i set cronjobs up to backup and send file to a backupserver?
also is ion cube installed on my server?

You can manage cron jobs in your control panel.
Keep in mind that your backup process must take less than 8 percent of system resources.
Please tell me your server name and I'll say whether ioncube is installed
