My email is not working. I can't connect to receive any mail. SMTP seems to be OK.
I can't raise a support ticket as I forgot my password and it has been emailed to me....but I can't get my email!

I seem to have this problem for about 15-20 minutes every evening. I can send, but not receive. Been doing it for about a week now, but I just got used to it.

I just sent an email to support and now the problem is resolved.
If this is an ongoing problem then it needs to be addressed. I have a reseller account and I'm about to put clients on this system. I don't want them ringing me with these problems.
