We have constant problems with the server. We guess there are some hardware problems with the server. We are planning to cancel this server and transfer all customer accounts on other more reliable and powerful server.

You are on on the same server your files was copied the problem was in not propgated DNS.. The problem was your domain was in the middle of teh change from that server.
