and we have other big problem in the site . that we cannot find the folders which we upload it ! and now we dont have any copy of it !! and we cannot find it !!! this problem is just started before 2 days also !

please find the backup files in the servers . and please upload it from the
backups of the server ... because we dont have any copy of it !!! and they are
very important ...

is owr account is hacked ??? i am sure that i didnt delete any folders from my
account !!!

also the final problem that i cannot connect to my control panel !!!

and am worried about my imporant files .

i spent more than 3 weeks in uploading my files ! and they are deleted in secounds ! by unkown ! i dont have any backup of my files ! i was delete it from my hardisk !

You can upload files to folder public_html.
All files were restored after the server crash due to RAID corruption. The server was not hacked

If your site was on server 18 or on server 19, we'll upgrade your account without any fees, you don't need to pay more for hosting service after that. The price will be the same you've paid.
