Gentlemen,
I told myself to be patient, they have been going a little crazy there for a while. Now we are reaching the 10 hour mark with this email ticket where in reality it has been down since the last RAID problem that started on the 13th.
So far since the 13th I have in reality lost a weekends worth of sales, about a hundred customers and well over 100 customer's account information because of the backup from the 7th which took me several hours to fix as best I could.
Please, either get this thing to work or move me to another server. At this point I have lost much more than the cost of your services and it can not continue. I don't expect you guys to have a crystal ball to tell the future, but we have to do something. Please.
