yup its down alright..!
Mine is down just now aswell, usually only lasts for about 10 minutes but been a while this time.
seems it is back now. 40 minutes downtime. 
maybe hostony is just to popular??

The server was under attack by pop3 requests.
We've fixed it and are looking on the server.
