Hi, it's been over a month since I've been with Hostony but my domain still isn't working. It's at http://www.riot-films.com and it only shows the default "Index of" page and doesn't update. The temporary site at http://65.254.35.18/~riotfilm/ does work, however. Is there something I have to activate? I'm not too good with this stuff, sorry for the inconvenience.

that domain name resolves to 209.152.178.152 for some reason.
It should resolve to 65.245.35.18 since that is where your account appears to be.
did you enter the nameservers given you for your account correctly?
they are listed as
Name Server: NS17.HOSTONY.NET
Name Server: NS18.HOSTONY.NET
Perhaps it is a .com rather than a .net (easy thing to mis-enter)
also when your account does resolve properly you should have a default page to load if you want people to see more than the index.
Even on your ip link to your site you don't appear to have an index.html or index.php default page in your puplic_html root folder.

You need to go to your domain name registrar's site and do this. If our company is your domain name registrar, just tell us and we'll do it for you.
