Does the staff prefer one communication method over another?
Don't get me wrong, responses have generally been very timely but with four different methods of contact I was just wondering if one is preferred over another. Please comment.

I've found that they seem to prefer the help ticket method (though I can't speak for them.) Its more organized than the forums/ICQ
