Hi,
I set up some new ftp accounts and none of my members can log in using them (including anonymous, but root account can log in fine). I submit a ticket and got a reply saying BSD is having some problem with newly created ftp accounts. Can anyone tell me a rough estimate of how long before this problem will be resolved? Also, can anyone tell me where I can apply for shell or ssh log in?

We have a progress in this. Additional ftp accounts was active a few hours ago for abount 30 minutes. But there was a problem with it.
You should send a request for ssh and get a ssh client.
