I can't seem to log into my FTP. When I try to connect it reaches the IP, but returns "! Retrieve of folder listing failed (0)"

My username is sitestem.

Tell me please your domain name and software that you use.

The domain I'm using is msn-emotions.net, and I'm using WS_FTP.
