if i already have a power package thru hostony and i already own domains somewhere else how do i transfer them to you. the other domains i own but i have no hosting with them

Domain transfer cost is the same as a domain registration domain.
So you can order a domain reg. and send us a letter saying we should transfer it.

If I buy a "Starter" reseller package from you (which I'll be doing in the very near future) , I assume I just go to my domain registrars control panel (a local one in Australia) and change the nameservers to the new ones Hostony assigns me.

That's right. Just change the name servers for your domains.
I thought you want to transfer them to make us a registrar for your domains.
