I have a customer who uses Ultimate Bulletin Board. Membership on his board is very small so will certainly not cause any bandwidth problems.
Do you allow the use of UBB on your servers or do customers have to use Invision etc?

We don't allow cgi based boards because they overload a seerver.
In your case your customer can keep UBB, but if it will be detected by our overload system detecks this script overloading a server his account will be suspended untill he removed UBB.
phpBB, Invision are fast, feature reach and free. I barely see any sence to use something CGI based.

Thanks for the quick reply Serge.
His messageboard only has 38 members (after 5 years) and probably has less than 10 messages a day posted.
