Full Version: Question on Reselling your normal packages

If I purchase a reselling account - but also want to offer your packages - how does that work?

Do you have a special section for resellers to purchase your normal packages at discounted prices? Also - will you have all of these resold accounts pointed to my name servers? Will I be able to manage them through my web host manager just like any accounts I create for resale?

How long does it typically take to setup an account?

I've answered on the first question here
http://forum.hostony.com/viewtopic.php?t=13

You can order for packages with reseller discounts on
http://hostony.com/reseller.html in the bottom. But you can do this only AFTER puchasing one of our reseller packages.

Typically we set up new accounts within 2 hours. But you need wait for the transferring DNS zone before you can access your site through http.

This time frame depends only from you and your registrar.

Okay - I went to that form to purchase your normal accounts as a reseller. In the domain field - what would I enter (my reseller domain name or my clients)? It seems if I enter my clients, you wouldn't know to put the account with me - would I enter my domain name and then somehow through my webhost control panel assign the client info to the account there?

Thanks.

It is not matter actually what will you put there. But it would be better to see there one of your own domains to prevent misunderstanding. smile.gif
