Also have about 5 other domains, and was going to release a new client site today..that's obviously not going to happen now.

Is it possiable that when you do upgrades/downtime to email the user of that account before at least a warning that this will happen!

Can you tell me when it is likely to be back up again?!

As it was announced we are upgrading kernels on the servers. Right now server 16 is being upgraded. We are undergoing problems with new intel network card and are working on resolving it.
