I'm very interested in your reseller packages for my domain as well as hosting potential clients. We have a need for cgi programs written in C (they access mysql through the C api). Can we either upload our C programs (we use Red Hat Linux so they would be binary compatabile, assuming your using intel machines) and use them in our cgi-bin directory or compile them on our server (need access to c compiler and mysql libraries) ?

Yes you can run C programs, compile them on the server and have in your cgi-bin.
