I have tried to setup email with OutLook Express and I can recieve, but not send email. I have tried habibsweb.com and mail.habibsweb.com fwith port 25 with no SSL. Are the setting right?
I also checked with my DSL company because I have heard that some of the high speed providers block port 25, but mine does not.

Check whether smtp authentication is on
