I have set-up scripts on unix before, but this is the forst time I have set up scripts on an NT account. What is the path tp perl? #!/usr/bin/perl

What is the path to my public_html? /home/username/...

How do I change permissions?

Can I run scripts outside of the cgi-bin?

Thanks,
Albert
Vanya
For windows you can't use
#!/path/bin

You should create a .pl file and execute it with
C:\Perl\bin\perl.exe your.pl

You can execute them in other than cgi-bin places.

You can't change permissions.

Path is e:\domain\domainname.com\wwwroot

Do I have to convert all my .cgi extensions to .pl?

Thanks,

How do I access my logs to see what cgi errors I am getting? (NT Account)
Alec
You web logs are placed in logs directory of your root private folder

I think the path you gave me is incorrect. I think domain/ should be domains/ with and "s".

e:\domains\domain_name.com\wwwroot\
Alec
e:\domains\domain_name.com\logs\

I get permission denied when I try to open folders inside of the logs directory. Do Ihave to do this through Helm always?
