I have read your terms concerning IRC services, and I am confused on one point.
What is Hostony.com's stance on IRC clients used on-site? For example, the java clients that one can find embedded into a webpage. I do not believe that the java IRC clients use server resources (other than disk space and bandwidth from being downloaded by a browser), but I am not sure.
What is Hostony's stance on these embedded IRC clients?
