On your site when I opened an account it states that I can have Custom Error Pages. I would like to have visitors to my site be routed to error pages that I designed but I seem unable to do this. There is an option in CPanel but it does not seem to work.
I really want to use my own error pages and I find that the transfer to the popnav.com site when an error page is opened to be quite annoying. Especially since this is a pay site. I (and my users) do not have a chance to check the URL they typed into the address bar (or clicked on) sinc it is quickly transfered to popnav.com.
I do hope you can help me with this.

Thanks,
Chris

This option works.
I've changed 404 error page.
Check it;

I still get the same error page as always and why does it transfer to http://www.popnav.com?
Is there a way to turn that off? If not, I may have to find a new host for my site. I don't care to have unwanted links appear on my site when I pay for it.

Thank You
Stanly
I've checked http://chrispysworld.com/dsgdfhfg.html and I saw the following:

Yes, the issue is resolved.
And I wish to personally thank Stanly who quoted what he got on the error page showing a Mozilla/Netscape browser being used. I have installed Netscape and the error pages now work fine.
Apparently my sytem was hijacked by a program or something that diverted all error pages to the popnav.com site. I appologise to everyone here for thinking that it was you that did that.
Thanks again for all of your help.
