Hi,

I am currently having trouble publishing my site to a subdomain. Each time I try doing so, an error message comes out telling me that either my username or password is incorrect. Tell me if any of the following info is incorrect:

FTP host: englishone.go-getglobal.com
Directory: www
Username: englishone
Password: (I'm sure I didn't make any typing errors)

I am also having trouble setting up my email account on Microsoft Outlook. Could someone please tell me the proper procedure?

Leave directory field empty
Also ftp username is englishone@go-getglobal.com
It is till not working try to out ip address instead of subdomain name

I've tried the following:

1. left folder field empty and changed ftp host as you suggested
2. have replaced ftp host name with ip and password (the one I received in the domain info email from hostony)
3. used the password I set for the subdomain.

Um, it seems nothing works.

Could it be my cpanel settings? Any other ideas? (sigh!)

Open a trouble ticket if there a problem still.

I've already tried it.

If I use ftp host = englishone@go-getglobal.com, username = englishone, I get the error message "Could not connect to *subdoman*".

I've actually raise a support ticket previously but decided to raise the question here to see if anyone else had experienced the same problem and could help.

What else can I try? Any suggestions.
