I'm looking for a new host. I currently use veoweb.net. The services is great when there is tech support, the server I'm on has been down at times more than 24 hours. The problem is there is very little tech support on the weekends. They have a toll free number but when you call it, there is always a recording, it has been this way for 2 years now. What is would like to know is.

1. Is there support 24/7 or on-call support ?
2. Phone number for support with a real person answering.
3. Is there a real person on site for support 24/7.

When I update my web pages and ftp to my domain, Will this count and be added to my monthly bandwidth usage?
