As you know 2 days ago we experienced latency this has been determined to be a sync issues on the main core routers uplink interfaces.
Despite all efforts to date, we have been unable to correct the situation. In light of this, we will be conducting Emergency Window today 02/11/2004 at
12:00 PM EST to modify a parameter on the interface between the our core router and Global crossing core router.
As a precaution we will be rerouting all traffic over to Internap Intelligent Path Network during the Emergency Window.
We do not expect any down time for customers but if customers experience issues we ask that you please open a helpdesk ticket at support.hostony.com
