Ok, my account was setup (www.segaman.com) But i have a few questions, and didnt want to issue a support ticket for such basic questions.

1. Do i have to do anything to get my domain name (segaman.com) to point to the correct ip address?

2. I tried uploading a test index.html to my site and it does not pop up if i http to the ip address.

Hopefully someone can answere these dumb general questions.

1. If your domain name was bought with us, you don't need to do something. If not you need to update name servers for your domain name to our (that info was sent to you in your Account Activation e-mail)

2. Also, there was a link in your Account Activation e-mail. Something like http://IP_address/~username/
You can access your index.html file by this link.

The domain was bought with you guys and now seems to be working as segaman.com directs to a placeholder site. However i still cant reach the index.html file even if i directly type the path in IE. Is there something i have to do to activate the site?

Also that link that you mentioned http://IP_address/~username was not included in the email.

You'll have to wait fo a 72 hours while domain propagating.
