I want my users to be able to use the outlook auto-configuration. Is there a link for this?

I submitted a support ticket and the information I was given was for the users to access the email settings thru cpanel. I do not want my users going thru cpanel, anyone could hose my site. On my 2nd reply to the support ticket, I made mention of this and was told "You'll not to give access to the CPanel for your users."

If I don't give them access to the cpanel, then how are they supposed to get to the webmail auto configuration? and what is to stop them from choosing someone elses name and doing the auto-config on someone else email account?

Your users can access webmail outside of cpanel but they can't auto configure Outlook there.

Please tell me your domain name and I'll try to search a solution
