It took about 10 minutes to get to this screen to take a screenshot. And I've been waiting nearly a half an hour for a reply on a support request.

Been an hour since support requet has been submitted, and no reply...

I guess that status "1 urgent" is like the "door close" button on an elevator...

We had some problems on the server and couldn't answer on your trouble ticket quickly. The server was attacked with flood of mail with a worm virus. We repulsed it and the server is working properly now.

We are checking our antidos software and hope that attacks won't repeat.
