I have been trying for four days to get answers from Hostony by way of an open ticket and by way of direct email to support@hostony.com and billing@hostony.com

For the past TWO days, they have NOT communicatd with me AT ALL.

Here's the last entry I made:

What the hell is wrong with you guys???

Why can't you at least RESPOND to my messages??

I had to take drastic action.
I have gone to my registrar and changed my DNS entries from ns1 and ns2.justrightcomputing.com BACK to
dns.hostony.com and dns.hostony.org.

I have been MISSING IMPORTANT BUSINESS EMAILS.

I NEED HELP AND ANSWERS FROM YOU.

FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I opened THIS ticket when I noticed my other ticket was opened under BILLING.

I've found your trouble ticket. The issue with your DNS was solved. They are responded to the provided IPs.
But there is an issue with billing. Our billing department will respond to your trouble ticket in order to clarify the things out.

Yes, the DNS issue was resolved. Hostony had given me the wrong NS IP addresses in the first place.

Second, the so called "billing issue" was also resolved. When I asked to be upgraded from shared hosting to VPS, I authorized the use of my credit card. I don't understand why you didn't just charge the first month to my card.

I still have my trouble ticket open. There are still problems with getting the domains that were moved from shared to VPS to work. I am done adding remarks to this forum section. I will confine my discussions with Hostony to the ticket that is still open.
