Dear customer, I've already given you the answer in the ICQ.
Your VPS is accessible.
Please try to access it.
We are able to open it. What about you? Can you do it?

artrocity, the server was working all this time. We decided to send a screen shot to the forum after the customer placed an extract from his talk with support here.

It is working now. It wasn't working for me at that time and it wasn't workig for a friend who I called to try it also at that time.

The point is that I spent 6 HOURS trying to get a simple question answered.

I feel your pain man. My website is down almost daily, usually in the morning. I have been with Hostony for a couple of years and it is a forgon conclusion they're support is really bad. Almost comically bad. It's really cheap though; so its a tradeoff.

www.webshane.com (which I am sure is proly down at the moment) But I'm sure Slavic or somebody will answer shortly with a message saying, "Everything is working fine. Sorry for the inconvenience.)

if you have spent any time reading my posts, you know my feelings...

But this log looks like ISP routing problems, modem issues etc, nothing more.

When a server "goes down" its going to go offline for large chunks of time for each failure. Most all of these failures in the days time are 2-3min max. Also what program are you getting these results from?

Dear Shane,
first of all I'd like to thank you for calling us comically bad. It's really very nice of you. mad.gif
The thing is that the log you've given really looks like your local problems.
Besides 207.44.244.81 is not the IP address of the server where your account is situated. The Ip address is 67.15.112.25.

Best regards,
SlaviK(not C) Koshelev

webshane, I just asked other customers, whose accounts are on this server, to be frank when reporting the results.
